All Pages Same size

Hello.
I'm putting together an e-mag for my work, and I'm having a problem with getting all the pages to be the same size. There has to be a way to crop all the images to the same size.

When I go to crop pages, and set it, it only crops that much to each dimension, not to the same size.
I just want all the pages to be the same size, and I have no idea why it's so damn complicated.
I've been trying to work this out for over 3 hours now. Any input?
Thanks guys!

BTW, when I try to use the "change page size" under crop pages, it tell's me "page size may not be reduced".

Hi,

For images, you'd want the resolution / horizontal-vertical "size" all set prior to dropping 'em into PDF.
Acrobat is not a photo/image editor.

However, in the Acrobat Preferences, you can designate a image editor (Photoshop, if installed, is selected by Acrobat as the default).
Edit > Preferences > select Category "TouchUp"
Top pane (Image Editor).
With this, an image in a PDF can be edited with the designated image editor and the edit image becomes part of the PDF.
Available in Acrobat Professional.

Correct, cannot "reduce" – a PDF "crop" is not the same as scissors to paper.

Be sure you understand the terms "CropBox", "ArtBox", "TrimBox" and "BleedBox".

Yeah, looks like I just have to edit each image. I hate the graphic designer before me. Thanks again.
