In the PDF that I have created, every time I open it, it also opens the attachments pane. Since I am handing the product off to a customer, how would I prevent this from happening?
At some point you may have "opened" the Attachment panel then, with the panel still opened, closed the file. If "Restore last view settings" is selected in the document's properties then any file, when reopened will display as it was when last viewed.
Documents > Properties > select Catagory "Documents" If selected, uncheck "Restore last view settings".
