Hi,

I have a new PC with Acrobat Professional 8 installed for a user who current lyhas 150+ "Available Index" in his "Index selection" window. Instead of press "Add" button 150+ times, is there any better way to migrate those availabe indexes to the new PC?

Regards,
Ed

My Product Information:

If you double-click a PDX file, it is automatically added to the list of selected indices (or, if you prefer, indexes). So, try this:
1. In windows explorer, search for *.pdx.
2. When the search is finished, the search results folder should display all 150+ indices. (This assumes those index files are not all in one folder. If they are all in the same folder, skip the search step.)
3. Select all of those PDX files, right-click one of them, and, from the context menu, click "Open with Acrobat".
After Acrobat processes all of those, they should all appear in the list of available indices, and should all be selected.

Thanks Paul, it worked and has saved me lot of time adding those indexes one-by-one. Your response is much appreciated.
