Automate Splitting, Renaming and Encypting

I am using Acrobat Pro 9.3.3. on Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3.

I have a multiple page document that I want to:

1. Split into single pages (I know how to do this)
2. Rename each document using specific fields in document for renaming
3. Apply different password protection to each document, using specific fields in document for each password

I think this can be done using Java Script but I am clueless

Any help is appreciated. I am totally fine with cutting and pasting code.
