Is there a way to convert automatically a Word index into bookmarks in PDF?
I made an index in Word, and would like its keywords to be active in the PDF version. But as the Word document is going to be updated periodically, I do not wish to create the bookmarks again each time.

How can I proceed?

Have you looked at using the PDFMaker and setting conversion options to include the Word document structure elements that you want to use?
