Automatically add new pdfs to an index

Hey guys,
 
i hope someone out there can help me. I've created a Search form which uses the custom search. Our archive is about 6000 pdfs so far, everyday we get about 100 new ones.
A search without an index lasts way too long. Is there a possibility that whenever a pdf gets added to this folder it automatically will become a part of this index?

If you are using a catalog index to facilitate advanced search you might consider use of BPDX for scheduled rebuild of the index.
