Automating extracting pages

Hi

I wonder if anyone can help: i have a 439 page PDF that i need to split into about 30 different PDFs. I have been splitting them manually, but wondered if there was any way that i could incorporate this into a batch process. unfortunately i have no coding knowledge, so i am not sure if this could be done by javascript.
Once i have split this PDF i need to email the resulting ones out, and again, wondered if i could automate this in some way.
its basically a long and tedious process that i would like to be able to sort out
thanks

Karen

Hi Karen,

There is an example on how to do this (extract and email) in a tutorial from Thom Parker at:

Any idea where the tutorial is now? The link is broken. I went to Tutorials and did a search on extracting pages and it returned nothing. This is exactly what I want to do, but I am not able to figure it out from the little that Help talks about extracting. I have the original document in MS Access but want to break it out by a header value.
