2. The process of reversing pdf back to Word, would it work with other word processors?
3. Would it do it with older pdfs (possibly from older Acrobats)?
There is no command available to revert a PDF document back to the original authoring file. Your only option is to Export the text to a Word format or RTF. You may need to do some editing in the word processor to regain the layout.
