Batch update of web links

I have a main PDF document that includes links to over 250 supporting PDF documents. Both the main and supporting documents are on our company Intranet.

I need to move the main and supporting documents to the company Internet, which means that I must change the path of the links in the main PDF. Is there a batch change that is available to modify the server path part of the link.

If you created the links using the "relative" path method, you can move the entire directory structure as is to the web from the base common directory on up.

I have done this with versions from 4 thorugh 8 from a WAN to an intranet site and CD-ROM.
