We bookmark pdf copies of our client's reports using Acrobat Pro 9.4.2.
Though each report is unique, the names of the bookmarks are always the same.

It would be wonderful to avoid having to recreate the entire list of the SAME bookmarks with each report created.

The simplest way is to take an existing file, replace all of its pages with the ones from your new file and then re-save it.
