In Adobe Version 7.0.8, I am having issues regarding links and bookmarks on certain documents. Once the PDF document is created and saved, why do the bookmarks, links and cross references become inactive when it is saved again?

We may need a little more help here. Are the bookmarks/links created in Acrobat. Has the file been optimized? Can you give a little more info?
If you create a document having links and bookmarks and save trhe file as a new name, you won't loose the links.
