We operate in a Windows enviroment but I have one user that is on a MAC. When I created a PDF everyone in the windows enviroment can see bookmarks but the MAC user can't. Is there any way to fix this issue. We are using Adobe 8 Reader to view the PDF and we are using PDF Converter Professional to create the PDFs.
File --> Properties --> Initial View tab under the Navigation tab pull down select Bookmarks Panel and Page.
