Hi:

How do I make a table and for each row have the user click on yes or no as
to whether they answered the question? Then I just want to save the answer as
to whether they user answered yes or no to each question.

thanks
Ken

You need to provide more information. Is this an Acrobat form or a LiveCycle form?
What do you mean by "I just want to save the answer..."?
Generally speaking, a check box provides the Yes/No functionality you describe.

You can have only one check box or if you use 2 check boxes the boxes need to have the same name but different values if checked.

You might want to review some of the articles, tutorials, and eSeminars on demand to develop some basic understanding of forms in LiveCycle Designer and Acrobat.
