when displaying a document's Pages using the Pages view in the Navigation Pane, the thumbnails get truncated when the total number of document pages is not evenly divisible by the number of thumbnails displayed across.
e.g., in a document with 84 pages, all pages will display with 1, 2, 3, or 4 thumbnails across (84 is evenly divided by all of those numbers); however, when you display 5 thumbnails across (84 is not evenly divided by 5), only the first 80 pages will display. the tops of the remaining four can be seen at the bottom of the display, but they are not displayed as they should be.
this is 100% reproducible in Acrobat 9 Pro, though it never happened in Acrobat 8 Pro. is it an acknowledged bug? i couldn't find anything online about it.
