Button for automatically advancing pages and pausing advancing

I'm creating a pdf that will eventually be put on to a cd and distributed to end users. The pdf needs to be able to allow the user to click a button to automatically advance through the pages, but they also need to be able to "pause" this as well on any page they wish with another button.

Essentially a document with auto advancing pages that the users have the power to start and stop. I'm working in Acrobat 8.1.2 Professional and have very little java script experience.
