I have a Korean text PDF document and wondering can Adobe Acrobat Professional tells me the font name and size of the text that I highlight with the text tool?

It most certainly can!

Except instead of the standard Text tool, use the Text Touchup Tool (in the Advanced Editing Toolbar). Then right click on the text adn choose Properties.
