I have 40 page newsletter and it is difficult for me to send it through email.Any idea about reducing size of the PDF File? Any software you know.

You might try Acrobat Professional PDF Optimizer option. But a lot of the size will depend upon the images, text and other properties of the PDF. Images can be re-sampled and downscaled, unembedding fonts can reduce size but some may not be able to read the PDF. The 'Quality' of the PDF should not be set to " High Quality Press".

Before you go through the work of using the PDF Optimizer suggested in George's reply, try Document>Reduce File Size.I always create two PDFs of my newsletter - one with the Press Quality setting for the printer, then another one with the Smallest File Size setting for emailing and posting online.

better yet is to use www.yousendit.com where you post the newsletter and forward the link to your subscribers. distribution via email is NOT the way to go.
