Can you change the defult Output Preview?

Can you change the Output Preview defult (or eliminate unwanted settings). We work in an pre-press environment and only ever need 1 setting. Having to choose our prefered option within each document, every time we open it is becoming a real pain. (Yes, we have already turned on the "keep last used setting" in the preferences - but it does not make any difference.)

There is no way to save the settings once you've closed and re-opened the document. However, there might be certain checks you're performing inside the 'Output Preview' which can be automated as such through preflight?

Kind regards,

Jon

I've been using Acrobat since v1.0 and still get amazed by its power. An Acrobat ACE since 1999

OK, so you can't save a setting....
but there must be some way of changing the default so that the first option you see is your prefered setting. I have a need to manually check the colour separations of hundreds of documents every week for printing. Currently, the default setting comes up as "Adobe RGB 1998". This is the most unlikely of all of the possible options available to us (and 99.9% of other users). Most of us use this application in a design or pre-pres environment where one of the CMYK options would be a minimum requirement.
