Like validation lists in excel, can I have a list box where if I choose 'Item 1' then the next (chosen) box is a list of items associated with Item 1, and so on for item 1, item 2 etc..?

No and thank you very much for the links.
I've been creating all our inspection forms in excel and then creating pdf's out of them to submit the finished report to the client. One of the staff just asked an obvious question: why don't you make the reports in pdf?

Why not indeed.... any further information you might have on this topic would be very much appreciated!!
