Am connected wirelessly to Dell 968w printer and never had a problem scanning to Acrobat. Then I upgraded to Acrobat 8.0 Professional, and when I try to scan, choosing Acrobat as the program to scan to, nothing happens. Dell tech support won't help because I can scan to other programs so they contend nothing is wrong with the printer's scan function. It's as if the printer doesn't "see" Acrobat on my computer now. Any help will be appreciated!
