Capturing links within specific pages of a PDF document

After creating links within a documents table of content, I'm looking to find out if there is anyway of capturing the hyperlinks' address so that it may be referenced on other html pages. If this is not possible in version 6 is it something that is available in 8?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Acrobat itself cannot do this. However there are a variety of 3rd party applications that can. A partial list may be found in this article:
