CD catalog

I am trying to create a promotional CD of our product. Each product is contained on one PDF document, with other PDF documents containing pricing info. I created a combined document from all those PDF's, and burned it onto a CD to distribute to clients. However, we need for our clients to be able to email individual project pages to their potential clients. Is there a way for them to be able to do that from a combined document? I like the combined PDF because I was able to set up a nice bookmark system and control how the end user is able to view the pages.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8, Windows

Hi --

There's no difference in how the content behaves whether you have combined the files into a single PDF or left them as individual files. In either case, one "master" file contains the bookmarks and defines the view when the content is displayed.

If it were my project, I'd leave the components as is and use the master file for controlling the interface. That's too much work to redo in your case. I suggest you include copies of the individual files that the reader can email in response to clicking an Email button or bookmark from your combined file.
