Changing Preferences for once

Hi guys,

I work with Acrobat 8 Pro in Mac OS X, Snow Leopard. My default PDF viewer is Preview in Mac. When i need to work in detail i will use Acrobat Pro.

I have an inconvenience that every time i open Acrobat a message pop up and ask me if i want Acrobat to be my default application. I don't, i rather use Mac PDF Viewer for fast and easy everyday use and Acrobat for special editing purposes. I went to every Preferences, changed many times (not sure very much What to change) and i always click NO at the start page but the Message keep appearing. I even searched for the Acrobat Preference files to deleted them (i not 100% sure if it the .plist in Users)...but the Message refuses to die.

Sure is not the end of the world but it certainly annoying in fast workflow.

Any help or idea?

Thanks!
S

Never mind, i just upgraded and finally got a box where i could choose "not to show this message again". I didn't have it in the 8.0 version though.

Thanks
