Choosing Thumbnails

In Adobe Pro, used to be able to select multiple thumbnails by clicking on the first and then holding down either the Shift key or the Ctrl key and clicking on another thumbnail.
All of a sudden, when trying to click on a thumbnail, have to double click on it to highlight it and that stops the ability to choose multiple thumbnails. This is the same for any document that I have open, including the ones I have used this function previously.
 
Is there a setting for this?

BTW, I actually have version 9.4.5. The only options for versions goes up to 9.4.3.

It's a bug in 9.4.5. You can downgrade to an earlier version.
