Compare PDF documents - without sticky notes

When I compare two PDFs, I compare Textual differences with a Consolidated report. It underlines the differences and also inserts sticky notes to indicate what has been deleted. Is their a way to delete the sticky notes, or to not generate the sticky notes when comparing the PDFs in the first place?

I want to compare two pdf which has text, imaage, chart .
How i can do it?

My purpose is not only one file the whole folder which has multiple pdf files so i need to compare by Folder
