You don't say what software you have to work with ( Acrobat Stnd, Pro, version #) but if you have Acrobat 8 Pro or later open the PDF you want to be the first page, select the Pages panel from the left side navigation area ( or go to View ->Navigation Panels ->Pages). Open your file explorer and drag each PDF into the Pages panel- each one will be added in the order you drag them in but you can click on them and drag them into different order if you need to change that.Hope this helps,
