conversion from word 2003 to PDF using docucom pdf writer

I wrote a grant in Word 2003 using 1/2 inch margins and Ariel 11 font. when i pdf'ed the doc using docucom pdf writer, the margins changed to 1 inch all around and shrunk my font to Ariel 10. My submission was administratively withdrawn for this.

What is the actual problem and how is this fixed?

The Docucom pdf driver is not an Adobe product so you might want to ask the 3rd party company from which you downloaded and/or purchased this.
