We have Adobe Acrobat Pro 8. When we convert from excel 2003 it hangs on the converting line of the process. We have uninstalled acrobat and reinstalled it and also the same with Office 2003. For some reason the add-in is hanging, any suggestion or tips?

System is running Windows Vista 64 bit, Office 2003, and CS3 Design Premium.

Does it only do it using the proper 'Convert' process? ie, is it OK if you Print to pdf? There can be issues if Excel is setup with 'print to fit to a specific number of pages' as opposed to 'Adjust to %'.

Print to PDF doesnt work either. On any of the office products in word when you try to "convert" it will flash and disappear. We are going to try another repair today. I'll let you know what happens.

There was 5 copies of PDF printer. One of them was trying to delete a process that was started a while back. All i did was remove all 5 printers and ran the repair all is good now.
