Hello,here.
I have bought a computer in the second-hand market,it is a really good computer.But here is a problem I can't handle.
It is running the MAC system, but I am not familiar with mac.So when I want to convert novels download from Internet with PDF format to Epub,I don't know how to do it.
Any help?
.
Keep in mind that PDF is an "end point" format and as such not particularly suitable for conversion to epub.
Acrobat products do not support export to ePUB.
Export to MS Word (RTF) is supported.
Note: Adobe Reader does not support export of content to other file formats.
.
Acrobat Pro supports export to RTF (aka "Word"). Arcrobat X Standard also supports such export .
If a PDF has no DRM applied and the PDF is a well-formed Tagged PDF such export (to RTF) is rather good.
The Acrobat X products do a rather good job of export for untagged PDF.
Regardless, expect to spend time doing some degree of layout & format clean up with MS Word.
.
For PDF some measure of success may be had with Calibre; BUT PDF is not a particularly desirable "input" to Calibre.
Rather, start with RTF.
