Convert PDF to Word

I'm trying to convert a PDF to Microsoft Word. The PDF file has 7 pages. I click Export - Word and only the first 5 pages get sent over to Word. In addition, the formatting in Word is all over the place.
 
I'm using Acrobat 8 Professional.

I think the problem may be with the original Word file. Open the original file in MS Word and check the conversion settings. Your Word file must be properly tagged and styled. Then save the file in Word, convert it to PDF. You should then be able to convert the PDF back to Word.
