Is it possible to convert a PDF to a Word doc without losing the formatting?

If not, what other options do I have for keeping the formatting as close as possible to how it looks in PDF?

Thanks

Hi --

You aren't usually going to get a perfect export from Acrobat to Word, unless the document is quite simple. Using the Export as RTF option, rather than Export as Word DOC sometimes gets a better result. Alternatively, you can select and copy the content on the page and paste it into a Word document.

Sorry there isn't specific advice, aside from experimenting with the options I have listed.

A lot of co workers want to copy paste from a PDF document into either Outlook or Word Documents. My knowledge base was that when you do this a TIF is created. Using Adobe Acrobat 8 - a problem arises with a Copy paste function from a table in the PDF - cannot get the text to stay landscaped in the Word doc or Outlook message.

Anyone have input or a process solutions?
