Converting Excel worksheets to PDF

Can anyone help. I have a workbook with 4 sheets in it. A couple of the sheets cover a couple of pages. I have checked the page breaks in preview as there are 4 columns so it should print on 1 page (width wise). My problem is that when I convert the pages to pdf, not all columns are appearing on the same page, 3 columns are appearing on most pages then the last column is on a separate page.

Any suggestions?

Hi --

Check the settings in the Adobe PDF conversion settings. Choose Adobe PDF > Change Conversion Settings to open the Acrobat PDF Properties dialog. Select the Fit Worksheet to a single page checkbox. When you process the files, the content should condense to fit.donna.
