Converting from PDF to excel

I have adobe acrobat 8 professional and I'd like to be able to convert PDF documents that were originally in excel back to excel. Any idea if I can do that?

Acrobat Pro 8.0, Windows

I checked the Acrobat Save As and Export options, but there's nothing for Excel.

However, you can convert PDFs to Word. The formatting gets a bit messed up, but it's workable. You could try converting the PDF to Word, then cutting and pasting the table from Word back to Excel.
