Converting Scanned formatted text into an Excel Spreadsheet.

I am a novice with this product and am trying to scan a database of names, address, phone number, email address etc. into Acrobat and then convert it into a formatted spreadsheet. I have been unsuccessful at this thus far.

Scanned forms are images not text. If the quality is good enough, you might be able to OCR the information into a Word or Excel document.
