Copy Multiple Pages at Once

Is there a way to copy multiple pages at once? I have a pdf document with 50 pages of tables I need to copy and paste into Excel. Must this task be performed page by page only or is there another way?

You can select across pages or select the entire document.

You can also export the entire document to a variety of formats.

I need to take a 51 page table and export the data into excel. The only way I can do this is to copy each page (arrggghhhh).
