I have to copy/paste information of PDF files to build a database, but sometimes the text I got is separated within. This happen in all the computers I tested it and is using the copy/paste tool from Acrobat. Why is this?

What exactly is "got separated within?" Do you mean spaces are added between text characters? Are you copying field data or copying text on a page? What are you pasting to?
You might have better success by pasting text into Word or a text editor then copy/paste to your target application. At any rate, we need a little more information in order to answer this question.
