When I copy/paste information of PDF files to a text are in a HTML form, the text I got is separated within. I have to go to each line and press delete to remove extra spacing. Is there any way to get away with it so that copy/paste text keeps its formating in a text box(text are)

You might try to first copy text and paste in a text editor. You may need to change the font in the editor and when the text appears to be formatted properly, copy from the text editor and paste into your HTML editor.

You can also export text from Acrobat to HTML format using the Save As menu command or the Export task button.
