I am creating a pdf booklet. Within the booklet, I would like to create a form that can be emailed back to me. Is there a way to email the form page from the pdf without emailing the whole booklet? If so, how do I do it?

Thanks!

When you create a form in Acrobat or LiveCycle Designer, it will ask how you want to receive the data - when you specify that a form submits to an email address, by default it sends only the data (as an attachment called an FDF file, i.e. Form Data Format). When you receive the email, opening the attachment will load it in Acrobat and allow you to import the data back into your copy of the PDF, so you can see what they've sent.

We have a number of tutorials and videos in the Learning Center that explain how forms submission works, and what options are available in each application:

This one's a good place to start
