Can I create a link on a table list of words to the same word or a paragraph within the document?

Acrobat Pro 10.1, Windows

You can use Acrobat's Link tool to lay a link annotation over a word & then use the go to a page view action to go to the desired page and configure a desired page magnification - then "set" the link.
Many other link actions are possible but this one might be adequate.
