Hello,
I am trying to create a PDF package in Outlook to combine email messages into a PDF. I keep getting the Unable to open secured message error message. I checked the email messages in question and do not see any security on them. Is there a way to include these email messages in the package?. --Thank you

Can you provide additional detail:

- Do the emails in question have some encryption applied or do you see the failure with any email in your mailbox?

- Does this happen at the beginning of the conversion or does this failure start to appear after some email conversions have already happened?

- Is Cached Exchange Mode ON in your Outlook setup (Tools > Account Settings > Change)?- What version of Outlook/OS are you running?

Thanks.

The emails in question do not have encryption. Most of the time it fails after a some emails have converted. Sometimes no emails convert. Cached Exchange Mode is OFF. I am using Outlook 2007 on Windows XP OS.

Can you try turning Cached Exchange Mode ON to see what happens?

Thanks,
Lori

I turned ON the Cached Exchange Mode and then closed and restarted Outlook - all of my emails were gone. It said something like: Ready to use Outlook for the first time.

I turned off the Cached Exchange Mode and my email messages now display as before.
