Automatically detecting and removing crop marks isn't something you can do readily in Acrobat.
On the other hand, it's relatively simple to remove them by cropping the page.
You can set up a batch sequence to handle the job.
Follow these steps:
1. Choose Advanced > Document Processing > Batch Sequences to open the Batch Sequences dialog box.2. Click New Sequence, name the sequence, and click OK. The Edit Batch Sequence dialog box opens next.
3. Click Select Commands; now the Edit Sequence dialog box opens.
4. Scroll through the list at the left to the Pages folder, select Crop Pages, and click Add. The action is moved to the right column on the page.
5. Double-click the listed command to open the Crop Pages dialog box, which is the same one used to crop a page in Acrobat.
6. Choose the settings you want to apply, and click OK. The Crop Pages dialog box closes, returning you to the Edit Sequence dialog box.
7. Click the (+) to the left of the Crop Pages command to open the contents and check that you have the specifications you want for your crop.
8. Click OK. You return to the Edit Batch Sequence dialog box.
9. Select options for when to run the command and where to store the output. Click OK.
10. You finally return to the initial Batch Sequences dialog box, where you new sequence is added to the list.
You can run the batch at any time.
