Hi,

I am facing one problem during batch processing of ocr files. If i select folder or files in the batch processing after ocr done it would be seen there in the same folder as well as in another folder where i have been selected for ocr. I want those files to be in another folder instead of the selected folder. It means it should cut from selected folder and after ocr it would be in another folder.
Can u help me, how to do in batch processing.

thanks in advance

The original PDF files (without OCR) remain in their original location.
The new PDF files (with OCR) are in the new location you designated.
The OCR batch sequence only runs the OCR and puts the output where you directed. It does not "cut and paste".

Thanks for your answer.

I am telling you exact procedure what i am doing for OCR in Batch Process.

First i select Input folder for OCR in batch process and give Output folder for saving the done OCR files, ok. Then I found that those done ocr files are there in Output folders, this is correct. But even that input folder where i selected files for OCR as remain there (Non OCR files). I want this files to be deleted after OCR done.
Why i need?
Because when i put 50 files for OCR at a time it gets some problems during OCR run and some files get save in Input folder and some files dont get save. So it remain there in Output folder. Here i wasting time to search which file saved in Input folder and Which files are remain there in Output. We have daily scanning work in our office. Please help for this.

The problem you describe sounds like Acrobat is trying to run its process on files out on a network.
If not doing so already, I would suggest that the PDF files to OCR be placed in a folder on you local machine's HDD.
Also, have the destination/output folder on this local machine.
Then run the process on the local machine.
I do this on desktops and laptops somewhat frequently and have not encountered the problem you describe.
An alternative, if the files cannot be worked using a local machine, would be to obtain a license to a server based OCR application.
I've used Adobe Capture Cluster Edition and AdLib Server with good results and no problems.
There are other OCR applications equally good.
Also, there are copiers available that scan, ocr, and output the PDF to you (LAN directory or email).

Note that if you use Acrobat to OCR a PDF that contains a mix of text images and
renderable text then those pages that contain any renderable text will not be OCR'd.
Pages with only an image of text will be OCR'd.

Something that may be useful to your work flow:
PDF files can be checked to find the presence of OCR text
An associated output report provides information about each files overall status.
