I need to disable the Menu Bar Macro, as well as permanently hide the "Hide/UnHide" button at the bottom of a file.

Our customer does not want it's personnel to be able to modify, save or move a file to a location other than where it's designated to be. We believe if we just disable the F-9 Macro, we should be ok prior to the "Save As" command. Can you assist?

You can force the PDF to open in Full Screen mode or you can use JavaScripts to hide the menubar and the toolbars.

As far as I know, you don't have an option for knocking out the keyboard shortcuts to bail out of Full Screen mode or prevent the user from accessing tools and menubar.
