default document properties

New user here...I did a search on this topic but didn't find an answer.

I'm wondering if there is a way to define "default document properties" for PDF files that I create. I convert many WORD and PPT files, and I would like them to be saved with the same initial view and a few other document property options as well. I don't see a way to do this, and I am tired of having to select these options every time I create a new PDF.

I'm hoping that I have just overlooked a setting somewhere, so Please clue me in.

Thank you much,

Probably the easiest way to do this would be to run a batch sequence on all youR files to set the Document Properties. In Acrobat Pro. (Advanced --> Document Processing --> Batch Sequences) you can create a new sequence that adds all the Document Description information and Open Options (to set the initial view).
