Deleting pages from Pages menu

I installed an Acrobat 9 Pro (9.4.5) update yesterday (6/20/2011) and since then, I have been unable to select a group of pages within the Pages menu (thumbnails) to delete. I have always been able to do this, allowing me to see which pages I am deleting. Now, neither holding the shift key nor holding the Ctrl key allows me to select multiple pages to do anything as a group.

Did something change with the update? Or perhaps a particular setting was altered with the update? Any thoughts?

Yes, there's a bug in this update. You can still select multiple pages using the mouse by clicking and dragging.
If that's not good enough try restoring your machine to before the update.
