Help please I'm in serious trouble. I have a PDF file, which was paper captured in 6.0. I now am using acrobat pro 8 and need to delete text and have the blank space go away. How do I do that. I use the text tool and highlight it and hit delete but it won't go away. I'm in real need of quick help

If you did not OCR the paper capture then what you're seeing are objects on the page.

Use the Touchup Object Tool to remove the text.

Click Tools, Advanced Editing, Touchup Object Tool.

Select the text and click delete.
