Hi everyone!

I need some help figuring out how to get the dialog boxes, such as the edit/preferences page to display correctly. I can't scroll in either the rt or lft panes and rt clicking the mouse doesn't do anything. I can't resize the boxes. I have this problem in both Acrobat Pro X and Acrobat Reader. I'm running Win XP and IE8. I'm running a screen resolution of 1280x800. I've tried different screen resolutions, grabbing the handles, resizing and closing the screen, using the default user settings to no avail. I tried repairing the installation as a last ditch effort. I'm totally baffled by this one! The only way to save changes is by CTRL ENTER. That can't be by design! Any help you can provide will be much appreciated. Thank you.

The best solution for this is to increase your screen resolution, if possible. You can also use Alt Spacebar to bring up the move dialog (built into Windows) and re-position the box.

Are you using large fonts in your windows display settings?

I scaled down the font size just a tad and it worked like a charm! Thanks so much!

For those with the same problem:
Control Panel / Appearance and Personalization / Personalization. Select Adjust font size (DPI) on the left nav panel. You'll need to do a restart. I'm using a custom scale 106 dpi, probably the highest you can set to see the complete pop ups in Adobe. Older eyes need larger font size:( but this setting is a nice compromise.
