Displays wrong font

When my boss opens a pdf on his computer, it is displayed using the wrong font. When I open the same file on my computer, it is displayed correctly. Where do I need to go to change the settings on his computer so it is displayed correctly?

I understand that the font is not showing correctly.

1. Uninstall Acrobat.

2. Reinstall Acrobat.

3. Send me a thank you not when it works out.
