Hello:

I'm running Acrobat Professional 8 on Vista.

Up until a few days ago, I had no trouble opening a PDF document in Pro.

Lately, when I try to open a PDF document in Pro, I get a blank page. Yet, when I open Acrobat Reader 8, the document appears as it should.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? If so, how do I fix it?

Exactly which version, the full version major and minor values, of Acrobat and Reader do you have?

I'm having the exact same problem in Acrobat 9 Pro. It was having a problem recognizing my registration and booting me out of the program, but an Adobe Rep' gave me a fix and that problem ended.

Suddenly this one is upon me.

Any help?

I have the full version of Adobe Acrbat 9 Pro on Windows XP Pro, Service Pack 3.
