document title vs. filename

I choose to have the document title shown by selecting it from the drop-down menu on the Initial View tab of the Document Properties. It shows when I'm in Acrobat but when I upload the file to my website and view the page in the browser the file name is what shows up. How can I make the Document title display?

Get Microsoft to fix IE :(.

Seriously, Adobe doesn't control the browser - we just live inside it...
